1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bat365 website at bat365.pw, creating a player account, making a deposit in PKR or placing any bet on the platform — whether on cricket, PSL, football, esports, casino games or slots — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you accept them without reservation.

These terms apply to all services offered on bat365, including the sports betting section, live in-play betting, online casino, live casino, slots, the Game Lobby, the deposit and withdrawal system, bonuses, promotions and any other feature that may be made available to registered players over time.

These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and bat365.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the bat365 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

3. Account Rules

Your bat365 account is personal to you. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

bat365 supports PKR deposits and withdrawals through the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit or credit cards. All transactions on the platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

• Deposits: JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are credited to your bat365 balance instantly upon successful payment completion. Raast and bank transfer deposits may take slightly longer depending on the originating bank. bat365 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of making a deposit. These limits may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals: You may withdraw your available PKR balance to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and bat365's standard processing procedures.
• Bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.

5. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on bat365, including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and any other sport or event covered on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Once a bet has been placed and confirmed on your bet slip, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to your bet. Subsequent odds movements do not affect bets already confirmed.
• bat365 reserves the right to void bets in the event of a technical error that resulted in clearly incorrect odds being displayed. In such cases, stakes are returned to the player's account balance.
• In-play / live betting markets may be suspended briefly during significant match events (a wicket, a DRS review, a goal). This is standard across all sportsbooks. bat365 will reopen markets as quickly as possible following such events.
• For cricket matches — including PSL fixtures, T20 internationals and ODIs — the specific settlement rules for each market are displayed within the betting interface at the time of placing the bet. Players are responsible for understanding the settlement rules for each market they bet on.
• Match abandonment, postponement and cancellation rules: in the event a match is abandoned or cancelled before completion, bat365 will apply the settlement rules standard for that sport and market type. Typically, void bets result in stakes being returned.
• bat365 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market at any time and may apply individual account stake limits if unusual betting patterns are detected.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

bat365 offers bonuses and promotions to new and existing registered players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless specific bonus terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms at the time the bonus is offered. You must complete the stated wagering requirement before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
